Brahmadeva temple is a small shrine at the foot of the Vindyagiri Hill it is also known as Jaruguppe Basadi which houses Bhrahma Yaksha. This temple was built by Rangaiya, younger brother of Girigowda of Hirisali, probably in 1679 A.D. This shrine has an upper story, evidently a later addition, which houses a statue of Lord Parshwanatha a 3 feet Idol in standing position. The Prabhavali consists of statues of remaining 23 tirthankaras in seated position.
