class=\"panel-heading\">\n<ul>\n<li>Only registered members are allowed to use the Library.<\/li>\n<li>Members should produce their ID cards on demand.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your name and Sign in the register kept at the entrance counter before entering library.<\/li>\n<li>Borrower\u2019s should observe strict silence and switch off their mobile phones etc in the library premises.<\/li>\n<li>Student membership of the Library is renewed at the beginning of the academic year.<\/li>\n<li>Borrower\u2019s cards are non-transferable.<\/li>\n<li>Books are normally issued for a period of 14 days.<\/li>\n<li>Reference books and Periodicals are not issued out.<\/li>\n<li>Borrowers must satisfy themselves with the physical condition of book before borrowing.<\/li>\n<li>Borrowers are responsible for books issued against their lost tickets.<\/li>\n<li>Issued books returned after due date attract overdue charges.<\/li>\n<li>Borrowers are not allowed to bring personal books or any printed material and other personal belongings like bags, umbrellas, etc. inside the library. However these materials are to be kept at the property counter at their own risk.<\/li>\n<li>Borrowers are advised not to leave their precious and valuable items like money, passport, credit card etc. at the property counter.<\/li>\n<li>Borrowers should not write in, mark or otherwise disfigure\/damage books, furniture, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Librarian may recall any issued book even before the due date.<\/li>\n<li>Erasure of any mark of stamp, label etc. on a book belonging to the Library will be considered as misconduct and justification\/fine will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>Any reader observing a defect, or damage to any book shall point out the same to the library staff immediately.<\/li>\n<li>A borrower shall be responsible for the safe custody and return of a book issued to them.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of loss or damage of the barrowed book, he\/she will have to reimburse the double cost of the book \/ replace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"panel-title\">The Documents as Per the Rules.<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Outstanding books issued to a Borrowers (all categories) will not be transferred in the name of any other Borrowers.<\/li>\n<li>Loss of Borrower\u2019s cards should be reported to the librarian immediately. Duplicate Borrower\u2019s card will be issued on payment of Rs.100\/- Per card. For renewal, it is necessary that the book has to be presented at the counter.<\/li>\n<li>A borrower going on leave deputation, study leave, or extra-ordinary leave will have to return all borrowed material before leaving.<\/li>\n<li>Staff should return the books before going for the vacation. If they fail to return the same, which will lead to denial of books to the concerned staff in the subsequent semester.<\/li>\n<li>During Examination Period Library books will be issued on deposit basis for the students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Library Rules Only registered members are allowed to use the Library.
